Returns policy

At Kaia, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are here to help.

• 7-Day Return Window : You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Damaged / Defective Items (Video Mandatory) : To ensure fairness and a smooth resolution, we require proof for damaged or defective items.

• Video Verification: If you receive a damaged product, you must record an unboxing video or a clear video of the defect and email it to support@kaiaonline.in

• Time Limit: This video proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• Approval: A return will be initiated only after our team has reviewed and approved the video.

Refund Options : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose your preferred refund method:

1. Kaia Wallet Credit (Fastest): Processed within 24-48 hours.

2. Original Source Account: Refunded to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 6-8 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Note: If no preference is specified, refunds will be credited to the Original Source Account by default to comply with banking regulations.

Shipping Costs:

• Defective/Damaged Items: Kaia covers the return shipping costs.

• Change of Mind / Size Issues: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
